Jesse James Jamnik

Personal Trainer and Health Coach, Jesse James Jamnik, knows a great deal about nutrition and fitness. He willingly shares the knowledge he has gained from extensive experience and training throughout the years. Jesse strives to become a leader in the fitness world and help change people’s lives for the better.   Jesse James Jamnik has developed a strong work ethic as a self-motivated individual. He must maintain a strict exercise regime in order to keep up with competitors for bodybuilding and other competitions he participates in, such as ultra marathons and spartan death racing. On a regular basis, Jesse wakes up at 4 am each day to workout before work and goes to the gym for second time towards the end of the day after work. He is particularly interested in high-intensity interval training, a training technique that focuses on working the body cardiovasularly as well as for bodybuilding.   Fitness figures like Greg Cliffs and Sean Escobar are two people Jesse James Jamnik admires and looks up to as mentors. Greg Cliffs is one of the most published fitness models known for his selflessness when it comes to giving back to his community and the people around him. Sean Escobar is the founder of Isagenix, a company that Jesse currently works for as a team leader who oversees a group of marketing specialists.    Jesse also works as the national sales manager for a company called Bronner Metals, a metal refinery based out of North Central Rhode Island. In addition, he is in the process of launching Impact Fitness Training & Health Consulting, LLC., with his girlfriend that will be debuting this summer.   Most importantly, Jesse is inspired by his five-year-old daughter, Caylee, the reason why he works so hard and biggest joy in life.
